Academic enrichment isn't about piling on more homework — it's about helping students develop a deeper, richer relationship with learning. While traditional tutoring focuses on meeting grade-level standards, enrichment programs challenge students to think critically, express themselves creatively, and explore ideas beyond what the typical classroom covers.

My enrichment sessions are designed for students who are ready to stretch. Whether your child loves writing and wants to develop their voice, is curious about how media shapes the world around them, or thrives on puzzles and logic challenges, we create a space where that curiosity is nurtured and grown.

Every enrichment session is tailored to the student's interests and abilities. I don't follow a rigid script — instead, I guide students through engaging projects, thought-provoking discussions, and creative exercises that make learning feel like discovery rather than obligation.

Creative Writing

Students learn to express ideas with clarity, imagination, and style. From poetry and short stories to persuasive essays and personal narratives, I help young writers find their voice and develop the craft of written expression. Creative writing builds not just ELA skills but also empathy, self-awareness, and confidence.

Advanced Reading Comprehension

I take reading beyond simple recall and summary. Students learn to analyze themes, evaluate arguments, make inferences, compare perspectives, and engage deeply with complex texts. These close-reading skills are the foundation of academic success in every discipline.

Media Literacy

In a world saturated with digital content, the ability to critically evaluate information is essential. My media literacy sessions teach students to identify bias, assess source credibility, understand persuasive techniques, and think critically about the media they consume every day.

Critical Thinking Challenges

Through logic puzzles, real-world problem scenarios, and structured debates, students develop the reasoning skills that underpin all academic success. I make thinking itself the subject — helping students learn how to learn.
