It all begins with a conversation. Fill out the brief intake form to tell me a little about your student — their grade, the subject areas you're concerned about, and what you're hoping to achieve. I'll reach out within 48 hours to schedule your free 20-minute consultation.
During your free consultation, I'll take the time to learn about your child — their strengths, challenges, and learning style. This is a relaxed, pressure-free conversation where I listen first and answer any questions you have about my approach, scheduling, and how tutoring sessions work.
After the consultation, I'll create a personalized account for your student. You'll receive a welcome email with their login credentials to access the learning platform, where they'll complete their diagnostic assessment.
Your student takes a short, adaptive assessment in math, ELA, or both. The diagnostic adjusts in real time to pinpoint exactly where your child excels and where they need support — giving me a clear picture of their current skill level across every content area.
I'll schedule a follow-up meeting to walk you through your child's diagnostic results together. You'll see a detailed breakdown of their performance by domain, along with a personalized tutoring plan that outlines priority areas, recommended session frequency, and clear progress milestones.
If you're ready to move forward, I'll finalize scheduling, discuss session frequency, and get your child on the calendar. From there, tutoring begins — and so does the growth. I'll continue to track progress through follow-up assessments and adjust the plan as your student improves.
